Our global marketing team are a collaborative group who are working to develop new concepts, strategies and initiatives which will see Bendon deliver innovative, high-quality marketing activities each season in all key markets. We are currently looking for an innovative and results driven Brand Marketing Manager to join this team based in Sydney.

Reporting to the General Manager - Global Marketing, the Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for bringing our brands to life by developing and executing brand marketing strategy across all brands through:

  • Creating and executing local and global brand strategies to drive acquisition, consideration and conversion across all vehicles of the marketing mix
  • Working closely with Digital, PR and Creative teams, ensuring brand stories are brought to life through those platforms
  • Act as an authority & promoter of the brands ensuring consistent & flawless brand expression through all consumer, distribution & cultural touch points both externally & internally
  • Working cross functionally with channel teams, developing specific marketing plans in order to deliver channel sales objectives
  • End-to-end campaign management from concept to post-campaign analysis
  • Assist with the marketing budget build and optimisation to ensure profitability for the company

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Previous experience in a Brand Marketing role, ideally within fashion and/or retail industries
  • Demonstrated ability to manage brand marketing and promotions for a multi-channel business, using a broad marketing mix
  • Proven track record of creating innovative and resourceful brand marketing activities with positive ROI
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical aptitude
  • Project Management experience across Brands and countries preferable
  • Collaboration and effective communication skills
  • Ability to deliver quality outcomes in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent prioritisation and time management skills with high attention to detail
